Separately, an agreement was struck between the negotiating parties, relative to the working hours of the employees with a pilot basis of amended working hours agreed upon. Employees will now work from 6am-2pm, or 9am to 5pm, 12 noon to 8pm or 2pm to 10pm.

Parties also agreed to review and replace by June 30th 2015, the current Tribunal System for disciplinary matters.
