Questions are now being raised by farmers and members of the Agricultural Society of Trinidad and Tobago about the lack of accountability within the organizations and as well as the role of several board members and President Dhanoo Sookoo.
Former board member, Elizabeth Mohammed spoke with the Power Breakfast show on Power 102.1fm this morning and said the electoral process within the Society is not fair and above board…
Mohammed is now calling on other members of the board to speak up about the discrepancies.
Mohammed, who was expelled from the Society in 2011, claims she won a defamation of character case against Dhano Sookoo for allegedly being accused of taking a large sum of money during her tenure.
Speaking with hosts Wendell Stephens, Mohammed explained why she was expelled from the Society.
