Education Minister, Dr. Tim Gopeesingh, says his ministry cannot take any action until police investigations are completed, into the alleged incident at the Blackman’s Private School at Saddle Road, Maraval.
It is alleged that school principal, Arlene Blackman, on Monday last, placed two students’ heads in a toilet bowl and flushed it.
According to reports, at about midday on Monday, eight year old Kaya Rullow and ten year old Josiah Richmond were playing a game of tag in the toilet area of the school, when they were confronted by Ms. Blackman, who allegedly committed the act.
Speaking about the incident this morning, the Dr. Gopeesingh noted such incidents were unacceptable.
It is also reported that following this incident, the two students were forced to stand for close to three hours in front of their classroom.
Kaya related the incident to his father, Carver Rullow, who made a report to the St Clair Police Station…
Mr. Rullow, is appealing to any student who may have witnessed the incident involving his son and the other student to come forward and assist the police.
