On Thursday many passengers were left stranded at both the Piarco International Airport.
The situation led to protest from disgruntled passengers.
Tobago House of Assembly Minority Leader, Watson Duke, speaking with reporters said the situation is unacceptable.
Corporate Communications Manager for Caribbean Airlines, Dionne Ligoure admits that while there were issues facing its passengers earlier this week, those issues have since been resolved.
Speaking on the Power Breakfast Show this morning, Ms. Ligoure sought to explain the reason for the delayed flights.
Ms. Ligoure said persons with confirmed bookings were flown across to Tobago while stand-by passengers were briefed and informed of the difficulties in moving them to Tobago.
She said the only reason passengers protested is because they were agitated into doing so.
