As iman Abu Bakr does not get money from Lybia anymore there is hardly a employer who offers better working conditions than the regiment. Nobody in this world would give Rodney Smart a better salary than T%T. Of course when it comes to excitement at least muslims have a graet chance to join ISIS to create a genuine islamic state. Every fighter of ISIS who is killed in battle will get seven virgins in his next life. This is something T&T cannot offer to the members of the regiment.
