This is the third evidence hearing of the commission… It is expected to continue until November 18.
The second evidence hearing which ended on September 27 heard the testimony of Michael Carballo, the man who replaced Monteil as the Group Financial Director of CL Financial.
Cross-examination of Mr. Carballo and re-examination of his evidence are expected to continue at this evidence hearing.
Sir Anthony Colman, the lone Commissioner in the Commission of Enquiry has put a gag order on Carballo until his cross-examination and re-examination have been concluded.
