This was a great idea of the PNM administration to boost the profit of retailers. The administration is more than simple minded when they believe retailers will pass on the reduction of VAT by having a price decrease. The VAT reduction was just a stupid idea which is only appreciated by retailers who can increase their profit by 2,5%.
