Investigations into perjury charges against former Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago, UDeCOTT, executive chairman, Calder Hart is being hold up…

Calder Hart ...Yet to charged

This as investigators believes they might have to venture overseas to gather more evidence…

Earlier on Attorney General, Anand Ramlogan, noted that the Director of Public Prosecutions, Roger Gaspard, had enough evidence to charge Hart….

But Mr. Gaspard has noted that the lead investigator in the probe on Friday said he would like to explore the option of seeking information from Malaysia to build a stronger case.

The Central Authority, a unit within the Office of the Attorney General, is the body to communicate with Malaysian authorities under the Mutual Legal Assistance Treaty.

Obviously they don’t have anything to substantiate claims against Calder Hart, so they’re dragging their feet and wasting $ to avoid looking incompetent.

It’s time to put this issue to bed. This has been going on for years. If there was anything to charge him with that proved wrongdoing they would have already done it. Now it just looks like they want to go after him for the heck of it.

I’m sick of hearing about this and how the current administration is wasting time on Hart. Enough is enough. Clearly there isn’t anything on him so MOVE on!
