The matter in the Siparia Magistrate court against Highway re-route Movement leader, Dr. Wayne Kublalsingh, has been postponed until the 18 of October.
On Wednesday, Dr. Kublalsingh was arrested when he attempted to prevent the resumption of construction work on the Debe to Mon Desir segment of the Solomon Hochoy Highway extension to Point Fortin.
He was taken to a Siparia Magistrate where a bail order of $10,000 dollars was ordered.
Dr. Kublalsingh will remain on bail until the matter is called.
Meanwhile, the Highway re-route Movement was unable to resume its protest action today due to adverse weather affecting the South of Trinidad.
