Former Justice Minister, Herbert Volney said that contrary to what Jack Warner claims about the Section 34 Fiasco, he takes full responsibility for its development and was not assisted by anyone.

Speaking on the Power Breakfast show this morning, Volney said that he was not influenced by anyone in the People’s Partnership Government.
