Former Senior Superintendent of the Central Division, Johnny Abraham says he is uncertain of whether the two senior police officers who’ve been asked to resign based on alleged under performance in their respective divisions, were spoken to on their performance, prior to this latest development.
This morning, former Senior Superintendent, Abraham said he is wondering whether they had been forewarned by their Assistant commissioners.
Mr. Abraham noted that during his tenure, he understood the importance of speaking with his officers on their inefficiencies, prior to taking further action.
He said the Acting Commissioner’s move could have two repercussions.
Mr. Abraham however defended the Acting Police Commissioner’s delivery over the years, saying that his job is a tough one that requires a lot of help from the officers under his supervision.
