Government is being told to review whether or not there is need to have four regional health authorities in operation.
The recommendation comes from Fyzabad Member of Parliament and former head of the South West Regional Health Authority, Dr. Lackram Bodoe.
Speaking during the budget debate in the parliament today, Dr Bodoe called for a revisit of the current RHA structure adding the necessary adjustments should be made to improve the overall health system.
Dr Bodoe also encouraged the government to build on positives in the health sector.
