Several leaders and members of the Joint Trade Union Movement will converge at the Industrial Court in solidarity with members of the Steel Workers Union.
The Union has affirmed that the company acted illegally by laying off workers in 2015 in the manner in which they did.
A court decision was expected today however the matter has been postponed till Thursday.
In an interview with News Power Now this morning, General Secretary of the Oilfield Workers Trade Union Ozzy Warwick revealed that the joint trade union movement stood in solidarity with their comrades of the Steel Workers Union.
He described the actions of Arcelor Mital as unpatriotic.
He said that the pain and suffering caused by Arcelor Mital was incredible.
Mr. Warwick said that come Thursday the Joint Trade Union Movement would give its full support to workers in front of the Industrial Court.
