How did Pan Trinbago land itself in so much debt?
That’s the question that continues to boggle the minds of many including the Chairman of the National Carnival Commission (NCC) Kenny Da Silva.
Pan Trinbago is in debt of some $31 million.
In a televised interview this morning Da Silva revealed that they have amassed an additional debt as well in connection with the World Steel band festival.
He explained what would now happen with the announcement that NCC would be taking over the financial operations of Panorama, Dimache Gras and Parade of the Bands.
