One particular building that the Prime Minster mentioned which was not completed was the West Indies Debe
Minister Health Minister, Terrance Deyalsingh stated that the Urban Development Corporation of Trinidad and Tobago (UDeCOTT), the State agency was responsible for the facility, but Opposition Senator Khadijah Ameen is calming the work done on the roadway leading to the hospital was done properly, but collapsed due the construction of a retention pond which was recently built under the present Government.
