Normal sailing of both fast ferries is expected to resume today.
This is according to Chairman of the Port Authority of Trinidad and Tobago Allison Lewis.
Speaking on the Power Breakfast Morning Show on Power 102.1fm this morning ago she explained that there were issues with both vessels that led to mechanical issues.
Yesterday passengers at the Port Authority were frustrated, some having spent the entire night at the Port after arriving there early in the morning the day before.
This as both the T&T Express and the T&T Spirit were said to be docked at the Port, stranding passengers who booked sailing time yesterday and on Tuesday.
She says that there continues to be maintenance issues with the aged vessels.
