After retirement the Major General is producing great idea. T&T need an efficient secret service. T&T needs rewards being paid to people who make the relevant report to catch perpetrators. It should be a task for preachers and other people of trust to make reports about criminals to the public proscetors office instead of to the police. Too many people have been murdered after they made a report to the police. The National Security Minister has great idea. Everybody in T&T, apart from the criminals who are not yet the majority, is expecting that these great ideas will be implemented.
