Trinidad and Tobago Music producer and artist manager, Anson Soverall who has been called out on social media for allegations of inappropriate sexual advances, is today defending his name along with Soca star Lyrikal.
In a statement released on Monday, Soverall denied all allegations made by local artiste, Shradah McIntyre.
McIntyre released a series of Facebook Live videos in which she subliminally metioned the names of both men in relating situations of a sexual nature that she was allegedly victim to.
She released another video yesterday stating that she received a lawyer’s letter requesting that she apologise to the producer.
Soverall said the allegations of sexual assault against him are completely and totally false.
He said Gender-based violence and any abuse against women in any form is completely reprehensible, wrong and unacceptable.
Meanwhile Lyrikal, speaking during an Ebuzztt.com interview said he does not like his name being affiliated with situations of this nature and he admitted that while the young artiste did not directly say he assaulted her, the remark that she had reached out to him for comfort after being allegedly assaulted by a local producer has him stumped.
He said he knows of her but has never had a personal relationship with her of any kind.
