He divulged that at the present time, healthcare is in a mess under the watch of this Minister who is not honest enough to admit that he is out of his depth in this Ministry.

The Ministry of Health he says, is a very difficult Ministry to run and it is certainly too difficult for a pharmacist who doesn’t know his ankle from his elbow and who is devoid of the necessary virtues and qualities required to run healthcare institutions which house the old and the young, the sick and the diseased, the poor and the forlorn.

He accused the Health Minister of stubbornly and without compassion refusing to make the facilities at the Couva Hospital available to the suffering public, all because it was built by the People Partnership Government.
