A 17 year old boy was shot and killed in Sangre Grande.

The incident occurred last night at approximately 7:30 pm at St Albans road.

The victim has been identified as Manzanilla High School student, Kristen Gomez.

Police said Kristen who is known to them was sleeping in a shack when he was shot.

No motive has been given for the shooting.
