ANR ROBINSONYesterday marked the end of a five-day State funeral to honour the life of Former President Arthur Napoleon Raymond Robinson.

The final day of the tribute ended with an ecumenical service at the Dwight Yorke Stadium in Bacolet, Tobago.

Among those present were President Anthony Carmona, Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar, Chief Justice Ivor Archie, Chief Secretary Orville London, cabinet ministers and Opposition Leader Dr Keith Rowley.

Following the three-hour service, there was a private service at the Scarborough Methodist Church. Robinson was later buried at the church cemetery, with a 21-gun salute.

Mr. Robinson was buried in the same grave as his wife, Patricia, who died in 2009.
