Speaking to reporters at Sinner Park during kite flying and / bike riding in his constituency San Fernando on Wednesday.

He also promised certain amendments to the Anti – terrorism legislation.

He stated however that everything really hinged on centralizing all intelligence factors.

He said that it was only through efficient management of intelligence resources that one would see any improvements in detection and conviction.
