Attorney General Garvin Nicholas revealed that the necessary paper work should be put in place by this morning for the release the Former FIFA Vice President Jack Warner to be released on bail.
He also disclosed that they are presently awaiting extradition documentation from the United States to commence extradition proceedings.
He was speaking earlier on the Power Breakfast Show on Power 102.1 fm.

Meanwhile…. Mr Warner said he has not been afforded due process and has not even been questioned with respect to corruption allegations. Giving his response to alleged corruption charges to the media on Wednesday Mr. Warner maintains his innocence of any charges.
The Chaguanas West Member of Parliament advised supporters of the Independent Liberal Party (ILP) that his commitment to them and citizens is undaunted and can never be broken. He noted that these cross- border coordinated actions come at a time when FIFA is assembled for elections to select a President who he says is universally disliked by the international community.
