Calls made to address Domestic Violence holistically.

NEWS GRAPHIC 15A holistic approach is being suggested by the Single Fathers Association of Trinidad and Tobago to properly address the issue of domestic violence.

Executive Board member of the Association, Darryl Phillip, speaking on . this afternoon cautioned against adopting a blaming approach in tackling the problem.

Mr. Phillip said many times tense relationship situations are not addressed fairly and this can result in one of the parties involved resorting to violence or intimidation.

He also suggested that professional help or guidance be rendered to persons before the situation get out of control.

    Yes, I suffer with Darryl Philip. More and more women beat up their innocent husbands without a visible reason. Life is dangerous for T&T men. Men become an endangerd species in T&T. A male protection law is required to prevent innocent men being battered by their dangerous wives.
