Cottle-Millington family and the NCRHA to meet today

Quelly Ann CottleThe family of baby Simeon Cottle, have not received any money after his death.

The parents of the victim of the botched C-section surgery will meet with officials of the North Central Regional Health Authority (NCRHA) today to discuss a possible settlement for the death of their son.

A team comprising United Kingdom specialist Dr Melanie Clare Davies, neonatologist Dr Petronella Manning-Alleyne and chaired by retired judge Mustapha Ibrahim was appointed by Attorney General Anand Ramlogan to probe the baby’s death.

Quelly Ann Cottle, mother of baby Simeon revealed that she received many phone calls yesterday from people who thought she had received payments based on a newspaper report that $8 million was paid for the baby Simeon report.

She stated that she wanted no harm to come to her family based on the assumption and emphasized the family received no money.
