T&T is a leading country. The crime and murder rate is one of the highest on earth. This country accommodates a man who occupied parliament and never got a penalty for his performance. In Tobago lives a sinister character, who murdered two foreign couples with his cutlass and attempted to murder Mr. Green and his wife.Who wants to change this? Without a properly trained police the crime will continou as before disregarding whether Kamla or Dr. Keith of the PNM is ruling this country.
