Crime is a shame for any civilized nation.Somebody with a posh uniform can talk about it without knowing a solution. All these people with the posh uniform should work on the road to prevent crime. What T&T need most is a lot of skilled detectives in plain clothes. Also a national secret service like the FBI is needed to tackle criminals. With a good information service controlling the work of the police a lot of crime should be solved too. This means also corrupt police officers have to be dismissed instantly. After that the Brigadier General with his posh uniform can pray and thank the almighty god for his mercy that he was promoted to his rank.
