Crime watch host Ian Alleyne cries conspiracy as items are repossessed from his home and a warrant issued for his arrest

Crime Watch, Ian AlleyneHost of Crime Watch, Ian Alleyne was summoned to court to answer charges for failing to meet a court order of $600,000 in damages against him to businessman Shaun Sammy.

Speaking with News Power Now this morning, Alleyne said that a bailiff came to his Couva home and seized several of his personal items including his refrigerator, television set and other items.

Allyene said he sees such action as a conspiracy to shut down his work.

Meanwhile, while leaving the Couva Magistrate’s’ court for the case regarding Inspector Roger Alexander and himself, Ian Alleyne said the prosecution, who is the TTPS issued the warrant for his arrest.

Shaun Sammy received the award from High Court Master Marissa Robertson in December 2015; months after the High Court entered judgment in default because Alleyne failed to enter a defence in court.

Sammy took Alleyne to court after Alleyne spoke about Sammy’s then pending case for drunk driving on his Crime Watch programme.
