Acting Commissioner of Police, Stephen Williams has said there is light at the end of the tunnel as investigations into the murder of attorney, Dana Seetahal continue.
Seetahal was shot and killed by unknown attackers on the morning of May 4th 2014. She had been on her way to her One Woodbrook Place home when she was ambushed.
Speaking during yesterday’s post Carnival Press conference, Williams said as the anniversary of Seetahal’s death draws closer he could not say exactly when the investigation would be completed, however he ssured the media that the investigation has not gone cold.
He said leads were being actively pursued and noted that the case requires intensive and extensive work, assuring that this would render results in due course.
No one has been charged to date, with the attorney’s murder.
