Deputy Political Leader of the United National Congress, David Lee in response to the no vote by the opposition on the Anti-Gang Bill said no attempts by the Government were made to seek advice from other stakeholders.

Speaking with News Power Now this morning, the Deputy Political Leader of the UNC, David Lee said the DPP expressed that he was not in favour of the current workings of the legislation and the bill could have been debated on properly at a JSC.

When asked about the future of the UNC and the possibility of another partnership, Lee said it all depends on the Opposition Leader, relative to the way forward for the party.
