Senior Superintendent, Totaram Dhookie, is urging debit and credit card holders to be vigilant when doing transactions as there are always persons waiting to take advantage of unsuspecting individuals.

Superintendent Dhookie gave the advice while speaking at a Conference held by the American Chamber of Commerce on Security Risks, which was held on Wednesday at the Hyatt Regency in Port of Spain.
