Post Mortem done at Forensic Science Centre on the unidentified body of a man that was pulled out of the Sea in Mosquito Creek, South Trunk Road, on Tuesday, revealed death was caused by drowning.
Police believe the body may be that of a man of Sunshine Avenue, San Juan who buys and sells vehicles.
They say the man was tied to concrete bricks with a chain and thrown into the ocean alive.
The man’s picture was recently posted on social media. He was photographed with a large sum of cash and gold jewelry.
