One business group remains confident that there will be positive reviews coming out of this country’s delegation to visit Jamaica.
The delegation which will be led by Prime Minister, Dr Keith Rowley, is scheduled to leave Trinidad and Tobago on Sunday and return on Thursday.
Recently concerns were raised locally following a threat in Jamaica to boycott goods and services from this country.
The threat was reportedly triggered by the decision of local immigration officials to deny several Jamaicans entry to this country.
Down Town Owners and Merchants Association President, Gregory Aboud, in a News Power Now interview this afternoon welcomed the trip to Jamaica and is optimistic that differences between the countries will be addressed and resolved.
