Duke is adamant he will not appear before the tribunal

Public Services Association President Watson Duke is adamant that he will not be appearing at a tribunal called by the general counsel of the PSA….

The Association’s General Counsel ordered Mr. Duke to appear at the tribunal last Thursday after a general counsel meeting was stormed by suspended PSA executive members

PSA members have been upset over Mr. Duke’s acceptance of a 5 percent wage offer for public servants, as well as the suspension of some executive members

However, in an interview this morning Mr. Duke said when the General Counsel meets again this Friday, the suspended executive members will again be banned from entering the PSA headquarters on Abercromby Street

Mr. Duke also refuted claims that his executive was benefiting directly from the State, for accepting the 5 percent offer
