Head of the National Ebola Prevention and Response team Brigadier Anthony Phillip Spencer has admitted that this country is not 100 percent ready to deal with the deadly virus.
But Brigadier Spencer said Trinidad and Tobago is on its way.
He made the statements at a conference focused on encouraging public private partnership in pandemic preparedness.
He urged business owners to be more aware and integrated in how they treat the virus.
Brigadier Spencer called on attendees to report all suspected cases that may have slipped through T&T’s prevention mechanisms.
