Public Transport Service CorporationWatson Duke- President of the Public Services Association says he will take the government to court. His threat came yesterday as Duke, in an interview with News Power Now said $14 million is owed to workers and they are presently suffering from financial stress.

The PSA President said as a result, workers are unable to effectively carry out their duties.

Arguing that the government continues to harass and torment public servants, Mr. Duke said if the matter is not dealt with

expeditiously, the next step will be litigation.

On Monday, Duke protested in the company of his membership of both PTSC and the HDC, in Port of Spain. Some HDC retirees are

also clamoring for monies owed to them.
