Instructions have been given by the Prime Minister to National Security Minister, Gary Griffith, to fly the national flag at half-mast during a period of national mourning for Arthur N.R. Robinson.
All public offices and government offices are requested to comply with this directive.
A statement from the Office of the Prime Minister, St Clair this afternoon explained the relevant ministers have been instructed to liaise with the family of Mr Robinson to prepare for a full State funeral.
