However Dr. Rowley said he was sad to report that the government has failed.
He also sought to set the record straight on claims that the People’s National Movement left the Treasury empty.

He added that the Government was now looking for PNM company by attempting to mislead the population so as not to be held accountable for its own fiscal irresponsibility.
The Opposition Leader provided data from the Central Bank to support his claims.
Meanwhile, the Diego Martin West Member of Parliament accused the Government of being hypocrites since he said they were now rebranding and renaming his party’s policies as their own.
He claimed that the People’s Partnership had no shame since these projects were criticized by the Government during the 2010 General Election campaign.
Dr. Rowley reiterated that year’s budget was a shame and quoted what he said was the Government’s rehashing of the polices of the Peoples’ National Movement.
The state’s unavailability to provide adequate statistics did not go down well with the Opposition Leader who accused the Government of attempting to hide facts about the country’s economic data.
