The Attorney General Faris Al Rawi is today accusing the Opposition of being hypocritical.
This is after they did not support the Anti-Gang Bill in the Parliament yesterday.
He has questioned the legitimacy of the action given the fact that it’s the same Legislation that was bought to Parliament during the tenure of the previous administration.
Princes Town MP Barry Padarath says that Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley and his Government rejected the Opposition’s support of the Legislation with a sunset clause of two years.
Speaking on CNC3 this morning he revealed that the Opposition did not believe in recycling something that has proven that it did not work in the past.
He also commented on the decision by Government members to walk out of Parliament yesterday.
