Health Minister advises medically affected persons during curfew hours

Persons who suffer from heart disease, strokes, diabetes and other lifestyle illnesses are urged to make the necessary arrangements with the police, just in case they have an attack during the nighttime curfew hours.

This morning Health Minister Dr Fuad Khan explained that while he expected a common sense approach from police in handling emergencies of this nature, the onus was on the person to ensure that all was put in place.
The minister was speaking at a non communicable disease symposium, at the Hyatt Regency Hotel
