Harris Promenade and the St Paul’s Anglican Church were abuzz with activity today, as mourners turned up to pay their final tributes to television icon Hazel Ward-Redman.
A number of dignitaries including President Anthony Carmona were present at the funeral proceedings.
Ward-Redman passed away on Monday after a battle with cancer.
Bishop Rawle Douglin read a letter from Anglican Bishop Claude Berkley who paid tribute to the late icon.
Former colleague Broadcaster Neil Giuseppi paid tribute to Ward-Redman whom he said had a great impact on his life.
He revealed that her sense style extended to what she wore at home.
