President of the Public Services Association, Watson Duke has said he is not a traitor to the Labour Movement.
He responded to comments made on Labour Day by members of the Joint Trade Union Movement.
Mr. Duke said his purpose is not to engage in actions that do not benefit his members.
The PSA President said the union leaders should focus on the amount of members that lost their jobs under their leadership, instead of his Labour Day absence.
He added that while he did attend the Media Briefing that launched Labour Day celebrations, he never made any promises to attend.
