Minister of Energy, Franklin Khan says Prime Minister Dr. Keith Rowley will make the contents of the Lashley Report a matter of public record.
The report, which Prime Minister, Dr. Keith Rowley received in June of this year, detailed the operations at Petrotrin and includes recommendations for the restructuring of the State-owned company.
It was submitted by the Petrotrin Review Committee, which was appointed by the Prime Minister in March.
This appointment followed a Cabinet decision that called for a review of operations at the energy company in light of falling revenues, allegations of mismanagement and decreasing oil prices worldwide.
Minister Khan says for the time being, the Government has given autonomy to the current Petrotrin Board to make the decisions necessary to turn the company around.
