Member of Parliament for Laventille west Nileung Hypolite has denied any involvement in the distribution of membership forms to the new National Vision party (NNV).
Last Monday the PNM’s General Secretary Ashton Ford claimed that 1000 registration forms were in the hands of an activist belonging to the NNV in Fyzabad.
The NNV’s Political Leader is Fuad Abu Bakr, son of Yasin Abu bakr.
Mr Ford said the forms were signed for by Mr Hypolite.
Mr. Hypolite however denied any involvement in clandestine activities.
However Mr Hypolite has also demanded answers as to why some candidates have not received a preliminary voters list.
