Wait and see. Rastaman Hinds is often promising things he is unable to implement. Once he was Minister of Tourism and he promised the British Senior Citizen couple Green, who were almost murdered in Tobago by Cutlassman, compensation. However, this compensation was never ever paid. Rastaman Hinds has a degree in law and he should make a serious attempt to propose a law amendment in parliament. Just saying things is not good enough. If he is serious to get T&T away from the third world status he has to act now. Of course the next chapter is whether the police is willing and able to enforce the new law once it exists. This might be a topic for Captain Griffith former Minister of National Security.
