Allyson Hennessey

The media fraternity is being encouraged to ensure its leave a powerful legacy in society.

Media veteran, Wendell Constantine, gave the advice during a News Power Authority interview this afternoon as he  sent condolences  and reflected on the life of media icon and television personality Allyson Hennessey.

She died at the age of 63 on Saturday evening at the St Clair Medical Centre after a long stay at the facility.

Media reports say Ms Hennessey who for the past forty years promoted and enjoyed every aspect of the country’s culture succumbed to sepsis and septic shock.

Mr. Constantine stated the need for the media to tap into the valuable input of those who made the industry what it is today.
