Minister of Health assures that Carnival 2015 will take place

by | Oct 21, 2014 | 1 comment

Trinidad_Carnival_Fete_Fete goers can continue to budget funds for their tickets, since the cancellation or postponement of Carnival 2015 festivities has not been announced and may not even occur.

Yesterday the Minister of Health gave an assurance at a forum tilted Carnival and Ebola that the festival will go on.

A number of stakeholders were present at the forum and they all agreed that Ebola would in no way impede next year’s events.

Minster Dr. Fuad Khan said while carnival has not been cancelled, if the virus continues to spread internationally the health of citizens will be given top priority.
