MSJ leader says PM’s budget hints inappropriate

The Movement for Social Justice has condemned the Prime Minister’s move to announce a baby fund ahead of tomorrow’s budget.

The fund to help mothers with newborns that are in need is expected to be delivered as part of the budget

At a media briefing today MSJ Political leader, David Abdullah said the Prime Minister’s actions are inappropriate.

Mr. Abdullah said his party is concerned about increased debt if the budget is one again in a deficit.

He stated that he fears the Government will be presenting the budget as part of its political campaign for 2015.

Not forgetting its opposition to the Constitutional Amendment Bill passed in the Upper House last month, the MSJ will be holding a vigil on September 23.

    Abdullah complains about everything the Prime Minister say, or do, he sounds like a complain freak. Is Abdullah hoping to become the next Prime Minister (Ancil Roget told him so, at last year’s Labour day rally) or, is he vying for the Opposition Leader’s position .
