The Country’s murder toll rose this morning as a 27 year old man was murdered in Morvant.

Reports say that gunmen broke into the home of Terrence Carter at Chaconia Avenue, Coconut Drive shortly after 8AM and shot him several times.

Carter was rushed to the Port of Spain General Hospital where he was pronounced dead.
Investigations are continuing.
