Eight out of ten for Mayaro/Rio Claro, this is the rating given to the Regional Corporation by its Chairman Hazarie Ramdeen.

As News Power Now continues its countdown to the Local Government Elections, one of our reporters contacted Chairman Ramdeen for a look back at his time in office.

He highlighted the work done by his Corporation in the areas of employment, health and education. These areas, he said a paramount in bettering the lives of residents of communities in that region.

His hope for the incoming council is to further these works for the development of the region.
